Agency Producer
Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Agency Producer, on a fixed-term contract, on a remote basis. The candidate will be experienced in the day-to-day aspects of production and project management including scheduling, budgeting and tracking, team management and task assignments, general administration and organisational tasks. Knowledge of 2D animation and/or video games production pipelines is preferable.
The Agency Producer will oversee our short-turnaround and corporate content as well as our games division as we go through an exciting time of growth as a studio. The day to day role will see you working closely with the production and creative teams across multiple projects within the studio guiding both the internal team and our clients through the production process, from pre-production all the way through to post-production and final delivery. The Agency Producer will keep everything across the agency running smoothly, by supporting all departments with their production requirements and supervising each department with schedule management, tracking profits and having a large focus on new business and client relation development. The Agency Producer will look to delegate and supervise subsequent work across agency projects and departments and communicate effectively with their Production Coordinators.
The role requires an efficient, effective, organised PM with experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where handling multiple clients and budgets were engrained in their day to day. We’re looking for a great communicator, who can filter feedback from multiple sources in a clear and concise manner, as well as a great motivator to help keep the team engaged, focused and supported.
